Normally, our system delivers login details instantly after a SUCCESSFUL payment. There are some cases that your payment is NOT SUCCESSFUL and we have to review and process download information manually.

No. One username and password can be used by one buyer with up to five IP addresses only. Any attempt to share the username and password will result in the automatic suspension of your account. Any Cmsmart club member purchasing other Club membership may be provided with loyalty discount, however, it is offered as part of promotions held from time to time. You can check our Promotions and Discount page for offers of your interest.

If a Renewal is purchased before the membership expires, the existing expiry date is extended by the length of membership that you Renew/Upgrade.

No, we have no refund policy for extension clubs download. However in some special case, we can consider to issue refund after special investigation to your disclaimer. You can contact us for your special refund case.

When your membership expires, you can still use all templates and extensions downloaded during your membership period without paying any extra fee. In case you expect to update latest versions of our product, you are required to renew/upgrade your membership. Access to downloads, updates is automatically restricted on expiry of membership.

Visit change-logs and select your category and product from dropdown and you can check the status of updates and version release. Remember, you will have to check for each of the extension used on your site manually. Each template comes bundled with many extensions, so, its advised to check the updates for all the extensions (modules, plugins, component) apart from checking the template version.

We use Docman to manage the download sections for club download. Please use download menu on top to go to your section.

Due to the sophistication of designing and developing an extensions. We can not commit a schedule to add new extension to the club. However we will update current available extension with new features and provide bug fixes to make our extensions compatible. 

All extensions used in the Demo Site are included in each template package for download and are also part of the Quickstart Package. No additional fee is required. However you can not download the latest version of extension if it is not included in the template packages. In this case you have to purchase Single Extension Download.

Extension from 3rd party developers (K2, jomSocial, Kunena Forum etc...) are not provided for download and member will need to come to third party developer website to download and update.

Yes! We plan 2 high-quality template will be released every month. More importantly, existing templates will be updated along with the new version of Joomla and Virtuemart.
