Since 1 July 2014, to improve the support quality and make it seamlessly integrating with daily operation of Netbase Cmsmart team, we decided to move all ticket support to Cloodo.com, a central project management system.

All Netbase’s business and daily operation of our developers working on Cloodo.com for years, and now we want to share with you, our clients, this super system. With Cloodo, our client and internal developer working closer, better, more effective than ever.

So from now on, we will turn off the function to create a new ticket on cmsmart, please submit ticket for product support at Cloodo.com.

STEP 4: OUR SUPPORTER ANSWER THE TICKET, PLEASE FOLLOW UP
